Organized by the Technical Department of the Georgian Football Federation, the UEFA Coaching Education License B course has begun for players of the Georgian women's national football team.

The course allows national team players to receive coaching education and acquire the appropriate license during their football careers.

The first module of the special course is being held during the national team training camp, within the framework of which our team is preparing for the Nations League matches against Malta. If the exams are successfully passed, the course participants will receive the internationally recognized UEFA B license. 23 players are enrolled in the course.

In 2024, a UEFA Coaching Education License C course was held for women's national team players.

Admission requirements for the UEFA "B" license course:

-Written and oral knowledge of the Georgian language -Valid UEFA “C” license or a certificate confirming the highest international status of a professional footballer (at least 200 games in the Georgian National Championship or the highest league of another UEFA/FIFA member association and/or at least 10 games in the Georgian national team) -Minimum 6 months of work experience after obtaining a UEFA "C" license -The opportunity to conduct practical exercises in a team of teenagers aged 12-17 -The candidate will be admitted to the course after an interview with the Coach Education and Licensing Department.

• After the interview, if admitted to the course, the candidate undertakes to submit the following documents before starting the course:

-Certificate of conviction -Health certificate -Certificate of drug registration -Receipt for payment of tuition fees

• According to the UEFA Coaching Convention, a candidate will not be admitted to the course if he/she has been convicted of a crime that is incompatible with the coaching profession.
